SUB Reminder: Students last day is Friday (5/22/2026) which would be last day that daily subs are required. Subs should not pick up or be assigned to daily jobs for 5/26 or 5/27. Only Long-term Teacher subs or Admin Subs may be approved to work on 5/26 and/or 5/27 (if required by the school). /
Reminder to All Substitute Teachers: Substitutes are expected to remain at their assigned school location for the full duration of their scheduled assignment, including any planning periods. Substitutes are compensated based on either a full day (7.5 hours) or a half day (3.75 hours), and it is expected that they are present and available for the entirety of the time they are being paid. Substitutes must remain on campus during planning periods, including when the planning period occurs at the beginning or end of the day, and may be assigned to provide coverage in another classroom as needed. Substitutes should not leave early or be dismissed by another staff member and must check with the school's designated Substitute Administrator prior to leaving campus to determine if additional coverage is needed. /
